Their task was to assess HOV operations based on board direction and conduct a federally required NEPA study assessing community sentiment. Gathering input from residents near the project as well as commuters using the corridor was a key challenge.<\/p><h3><b>How PublicInput Was Used<\/b><\/h3><p>NDOT launched an integrated public engagement campaign using the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/publicinput.com\/wp\/platform\/\">PublicInput platform<\/a><\/strong>, which included a dedicated telephone hotline, multilingual FAQs, an online information hub, and email subscription form that powered timely project updates. ranging communications tools, and offered a central system of record for all of NDOT\u2019s engagement efforts.\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>The HOV Study information hub hosted all the essentials and ensured ADA compliance with:\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">A clear project overview and timeline<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">An interactive project area map<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">A FAQ page to help demystify the process<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">A dedicated subscription page and hotline for accessibility<\/li><\/ul><p>Through the platform\u2019s resident database, NDOT built a robust list of 2,221 stakeholders, organized geographically using built-in GIS tools.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
