I understand very well. I know the City maintains only what is within the City right-of-way and I see work installing new systems around the City.

I understand fairly well. The City works on stormwater pipes to convey stormwater runoff, as well as administers programs to make the water quality better.

I understand a little. There is a stormwater charge on my water/sewer bill but I am not sure how the Stormwater Department uses the money to address stormwater problems.

I do not understand at all. I did not know the City had a stormwater program.
