This request would continue to allow commercial uses; allow housing to be located on the ground floor; and increase the maximum allowable height from 3 stories to 5 stories. Proposed conditions limit residential units to no more than 200, limit commercial uses to no more than 12,000 square feet, and prohibits various uses that would otherwise be permitted by the UDO.
