Artificial Intelligence Policy
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy was written to establish a governance structure for Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems used by, or on behalf of, the City of Pinole. This administrative policy enables the City of Pinole to use AI systems responsibly for the benefit of the community while safeguarding against potential harms.
The City of Pinole is committed to engaging our community so that residents’ concerns, insights, and aspirations are clearly understood and meaningfully considered. Through open dialogue, we aim to ensure transparency and gather feedback that can be thoughtfully integrated into policy development.
This engagement also helps us establish a strong foundation for future AI technology use cases and implementation, ensuring that the City’s approach reflects the community’s values, priorities, and long‑term vision.
