HOW TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK

The Village of New Richmond, is holding an Open House on May 20, 2026 at the New Richmond Preparatory School at 212 Market Street, New Richmond, Ohio, 45157.  This is an opportunity to view the project and give your comments in person.

If you cannot attend the Open House, you can provide input through the Virtual Open House being held from May 6, 2026, to June 20, 2026.

If you were unable to attend the Open House in person, the same exhibits will be shown in the Virtual Open House.

 

How can you participate in the Virtual Open House?  

1. Use the tabs below to review project information and to participate in the Virtual Open House. Click on the links (underlined blue text) throughout the presentation for details. Click the green 'Continue' button to advance through the information.    OR

2. If you have internet access difficulties, the website can be accessed at the public library located at 103 River Valley Blvd, New Richmond, OH 45157 or by requesting a printout of the website from Kathryn Bailey at the Village of New Richmond at 513-553-4146, extension 15.

 

WAYS TO LEAVE COMMENTS

1. Responding to the survey questions asked throughout the Virtual Open House tabs.  

2. If you want to leave your questions and comments by voice, you can leave a voicemail at 1-855-925-2801 CODE: 3096, then leave your name, address, and comment. Once you are finished, you can hang up or press # to return to the menu. 

3. You can email your comments to US52Roundabouts@gmail.com.

4.  Attend the in-person Open House and provide comments there. 

5. Mail in the comment sheet. 

Comments obtained through any of these five methods will be addressed by July 30, 2026.
