Gift shops and dining services that are integral to overnight lodging are excluded from the retail cap.
- Require dedication of a transit easement prior to the issuance of a building permit
- Require the developer to provide a transit shelter or pay a fee-in-lieu of a transit shelter prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
