Project Description: These funds are for payment of the portion of the net Grant Receipt Revenue Bond debt services issued for Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) Capital Improvements. Bonds were issued in 2007 and 2015. Capital Improvement Projects include track rehabilitation, positive train control, passenger rolling stock, Anchorage car shop design and Moody Tunnel.
