About the Project 

The East 131st Avenue Improvements will evaluate potential improvements along East 131st Avenue from Nebraska Avenue to Bruce B. Downs Boulevard. These potential improvements include pedestrian features, access management, and raised crosswalks and intersections. They will help reduce traffic congestion and improve safety for drivers, pedestrians, and bicyclists, as well as provide better accommodation for buses. 

The following improvements have been proposed along 131st Avenue.
