A planning study is being conducted for Route 151 from Avon Road to Beech Grove Road in Nelson County. The purpose of the study is to identify strategies and improvements to address existing and future traffic congestion, safety concerns, and improve multi-modal accessibility on the corridor. The purpose of the survey is to seek the public’s input on the alternatives under consideration to improve safety conditions, improve traffic operations and improve multi-modal accessibility.
