The Unmet Transit Needs (UTN) assessment is held each year to identify unmet transit needs that are “reasonable to meet” and not already being met through existing public transit services with available funding. Public input and feedback are a critical part of the UTN process. In partnership with local transit providers, Fresno COG is collecting public comments on Unmet Transit Needs for Fresno County. All comments are due by April 3, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. and will be considered part of the 2026 UTN assessment.
