Fresno COG and local transit agency partners, including the City of Fresno’s Department of Transportation (Fresno Area Express/FAX), the City of Clovis (Clovis Transit), and the Fresno County Rural Transit Agency (FCRTA), developed a mobility hub feasibility study and sought innovative ways to improve transportation for everyone who lived and traveled throughout Fresno County. As part of this work, they sought feedback on the potential locations and amenities for future regional mobility hub sites – including two in rural communities and two in the urbanized region. This study explored how potential mobility hubs could provide a safe, comfortable, convenient, and accessible space to help people seamlessly transfer across different travel modes.
