The Fresno Council of Governments (COG) invites you to participate in the Managed Lanes Study survey, which aims to collect important feedback regarding how you use and experience highways State Route 168, State Route 41, and State Route 180.

A managed lane is a special lane on the highway that is controlled to help reduce traffic and make driving smoother. These lanes may have rules about who can use them, they can charge a toll, or limit when cars can enter. Examples include carpool lanes (HOV), toll lanes for solo drivers (HOT), and express lanes.

Click on the survey tab to help shape future decisions about how highway lanes are managed to improve traffic, safety, and the environment in Fresno County. The survey takes about 5 minutes — we encourage you to share your input. You may also access the survey at this link. (English)   or click here (Spanish)
