Join us for the Zebulon Juneteenth Celebration! We're coming together at Zebulon Town Hall for a weekend of history, culture, and community to celebrate Juneteenth and recognize Black milestones and accomplishments in Zebulon and across North Carolina.
This two-day event features musical headliner The Tams and keynote speaker Judge David Baker, alongside other musical acts and performances, spoken word, arts, crafts and activities, car and motorcycle show, local vendors, and so much more! The event is hosted by the Zebulon Community Alliance, the Zebulon Juneteenth Committee, and Zebulon Parks & Recreation.

Community Resource Vendor Registration Form
This section is intended for organizations that provide a community based resource that is available for our citizens.
Anticipated community resource load in: 9:00 - 10:15 AM. All vehicles must be removed from the festival grounds by 10:30 AM.
Community Resource Vendors should read the Special Event Vendor Guidelines and submit the required documentation in order to be considered.
Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis with preference given to local businesses and organizations.
Providers offering health and medical related services may be required to provide a certificate of insurance naming the Town of Zebulon as additionally insured.
The Town of Zebulon and Zebulon Juneteenth Committee will review requests to participate and will respond with approval.
By submitting the registration below, you agree to:
Waiver: I hereby request that the above participant be accepted for participation in the above recreation program. I understand that participation in sports and recreation involve inherent risks, including the risk of illness, injury, or death, and on behalf of myself and/or my child, assume that risk. I affirm that the above participant is physically capable of participating in the above recreation program. I agree to assume the responsibility for any accident or injury while the participant is engaged in the league and do hereby waive, release and absolve the Town of Zebulon, Zebulon Parks and Recreation, The Zebulon Recreation Advisory Board and/or Wake County Schools, their volunteers, supervisors, employees, or sponsors from any or all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to any illness, injury, or death, that may be sustained by the participant during or in connection with the above recreation program. I also agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by the Zebulon Parks and Recreation Department and the Zebulon Recreation Advisory Board. Pictures or video clips may be taken while participating in Town of Zebulon programs. I give my permission to the Town of Zebulon to use such photos and videos in promotional, news, or informational media. I confirm that all my contact information is accurate.
Guidelines: abide by the 2024 Special Event Vendor Guidelines and event direction provided by the Town of Zebulon.

If your organization has a community resource or activity available for the greater Zebulon community, we would lvoe for you to participate in the Juneteenth Celebration.

Are you an artist looking to share your gift with your neighbors? Would you like your business to engage with the community? The Juneteenth Celebration is an amazing opportunity for you to do just that! Enjoy a weekend of culture, fellowship, and networking while getting your products and/or services in front of the greater Zebulon community. If you want to participate as a vendor on both days, please be sure to register for both!

Be a Volunteer
This event is planned by the community for the community. Volunteers are essential for the Juneteenth Celebration to be successful. Please consider being part of an awesome group of volunteers. Volunteers are needed to help with flyer distribution, event preperations, set up, activities, and breakdown. Please consider sharing some of your time as we make history by celebrating history.
Submit History
The Town of Zebulon and the Juneteenth Committee wishes to honor our local Black history. We are seeking history as noted by community members. Submit information about yourself, your family, a community member, or an organization that has had an impact on Black history in Zebulon. Information may be used on future history boards and other public sharing opportunties.
