Carter Ann Patton Stormwater Improvement Project Update March 13, 2025

As part of the ongoing Public Works' Patton Avenue Stormwater Project, please be advised of the following traffic and sidewalk impacts:

• Starting Monday, March 17, 2025 – The contractor will continue sidewalk replacement, requiring the closure of the southbound straight/right-turn lane on N French Broad Ave at the Patton Ave intersection. Southbound traffic will shift into the adjacent left-turn lane. This section of sidewalk work is expected to be completed by Friday, March 21, 2025.
   

• Starting Wednesday, March 19, 2025 – Stormwater infrastructure work will continue, resulting in the full closure of N Ann St at the Patton Ave intersection. Access to N Ann St will be maintained from Haywood St. This work is expected to be completed by Friday, April 18, 2025.
