The Genesee Transportation Council is asking riders who depend on publicly funded transportation services for rides to medical appointments, school, work, etc. for their input about transportation needs.
If you are, or are assisting someone who is, an older adult, a person with a disability, or somebody who earns a low income and relies on the public bus system or a human service agency for transportation, please complete the Rider Survey by November 26.
Responses will provide critical insight into the experiences and needs of riders across the Genesee/Finger Lakes Region which includes Monroe and the surrounding counties.
The Genesee Transportation Council will use this feedback to help guide how federal funding is used to support paratransit vehicles and other programs that improve mobility.
This survey is part of the Genesee Transportation Council’s work to update its Coordinated Public Transit Human Services Transportation Plan.
