As part of the policy, the Transportation Department is creating a Complete Street Design Guide, which anyone can use to design a Complete Street.
You can get to know how resident input is working to make our streets safer at an open house this month.

Location: Central Library (600 Soledad St., 78205)
At this open house, you can:

Lets Talk Community Safety!
The City’s Good Neighbor Program is visiting neighborhood association meetings across San Antonio this summer. We’d love to join yours.
These presentations are an opportunity to:
- Share your safety concerns
- Learn how the City uses data to direct resources
- Discover services and programs available to residents
There will be two visits and first we'll lead a quick interactive survey to identify your neighborhood’s top safety priorities. The activity takes only 5–15 minutes depending on discussion. On our second visit, we’ll share the survey results and compare them with real call for service data for your area.
The Good Neighbor Program aims to improve neighborhood safety, enhance quality of life, and connect residents with support services.
