Weaver Park Update: Site Drainage Improvements and Sod Installation
In recent weeks, the project team has completed critical site drainage work and begun sod installation in association with the Weaver Park Improvements project. This work included clearing and repairing clogged pipes, levelling the ground to optimize natural water flow, and installing new drain lines. With the drainage groundwork fully wrapped up, sod installation officially kicked off on Thursday.
Improvements Continue
Updates to the baseball fencing and dugout areas are actively moving forward. In the playground area, the team continues to work toward replacing safety mulch and modifying playground equipment to accommodate varied access.
