The Public Transportation Department shares the community's concerns about COVID-19. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of those in our community, including our riders and employees. Please share your opinions to help ensure that we are providing the service that you need as we continue to respond to the pandemic.
Your response will help us understand your needs. Tell us how your commute has changed and share your ideas on what we can do better during this challenging time.
Each survey respondent who provides their email address will be entered into a drawing for a free day pass.

Hard copies of the survey can also be found at the temporarily relocated Customer Service office located at 517 W. 7th Ave., Ste. #200.
