Proposed Changes to Administrative Rule 930-5-8
WELCOME TO THE ONLINE PUBLIC HEARING
The public is invited to participate in an online public hearing to review and provide feedback on the proposed changes to AR930-5-8. The proposed changes are available in the Administrative Rules Bulletin Dec. 1, 2020 edition, https://rules.utah.gov/publications/utah-state-bull/.
Persons wanting to comment during the hearing must contact UDOT at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting at contactudot@utah.gov.

- Welcome and statement from presiding officer
- Comments by interested members of the public
- Closing comments by presiding officer
When: Tuesday, Dec. 15 from 4-5 p.m.
Where: At 4 p.m. you will be able to view the video stream for the online Public Hearing. Be sure to adjust your computer’s speakers to hear the event.
- To listen to the public hearing on a phone, dial 855-925-2801 and enter code 9678. Then, press 1 to listen to the meeting.

Verbal Comments (accepted before and during the hearing up to 4:30 p.m. Dec. 15):
If you wish to leave a comment, please leave a recorded voicemail for the project team.
- Enter the call-in number listed below and record a voicemail.
- Please mute your computer speakers before you call in.
- Dial 855-925-2801 and enter code 9678. Press * for more options. Then, press 2.
- Please state and spell your name and the name of your organization, if applicable. Next, record your comment, for up to 10 minutes.
- Voicemail recordings will be played into the public hearing.

Written comments may be submitted via email to contactudot@utah.gov through Dec. 31, 2020.
The chat box located to the right of the meeting stream will be used for questions about the online public hearing.
The online public hearing will be recorded and available to view on the UDOT YouTube account.
