PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION

Request to rezone 10.17 acres from Residential (R2), 0.58 acres from Commercial Office (CO), and 2.88 acres from Residential (R10) to Neighborhood Model District (NMD).

NMD allows residential development (3-34 units per acre) mixed with commercial, service, and industrial uses.

A maximum of 150 residential units is proposed for a density of approximately 11.01 units/acre. A maximum of 396,000 square feet of non-residential space is proposed.
