Homer: West Hill Road Pavement Preservation
Project Purpose and Description
The purpose of this project is to extend the useful life of West Hill Road. This project proposes to rehabilitate the existing pavement from the Sterling Highway to Diamond Ridge Road, including replacement of signage and guardrail, cleaning/re-grading of drainage ditches along the roadway edge, and replacement of drainage culverts, including the culvert at Diamond Creek.
