why can't wake forest and raleigh get on the same page with N raleigh ? Why is NCDOT allowing the continued growth without making sure infrastructure is in place?
This post card sent out and this questionnaire are too open ended to know what in the heck you are asking for. This area in Wakefield is commercially zoned and, for the most part, built out. When Wakefield was started in 1999 the commercial areas were started with a classic aesthetic as a rule, but now the City of Raleigh has allowed them to plunk down an ugly Sheets store in bright red and florescent light right in the middle of the neighborhood. Behind it was allowed a senior living structure that is a big yellow box with little landscaping. So why even ask us what we would like when the City will just do what ever they want anyway? You are waisting my time.
