I know costs could be an issue, just make it pedestrian friendly. If you put in a sidewalk or finish the greenway, you will be surprised by how many people you will see out there walking. I want to walk along that corridor so much and can't right now and I am probably not alone.

Keep the current trees! They are the hardest to replace (takes decades to grow them to their current size) and the town elements that differentiate rapidly-built, cookie cutters town and beautiful, gorgeous, properly developed town. Cary can and should do better than they are right now in term of urban planning that still considering urban forest ecosystem.

Please fix the area around Northwoods Elementary and Taylor Pond. This needs to be pedestrian friendly for kids walking to school. Also, need a left turn land into Boundary Village.

We at least need fully connected walking path. Chapel Hill barely has any sidewalks, especially in Morrisville area. Even where there is, it breaks up and ends in the middle of nowhere.

Don't get rid of affordable housing in that area. We need smaller less fancy houses and there are plenty in that area that seem like they would be gone if this type of change occurs.
Also, there needs to be a way for traffic to go from Raleigh to west Cary/Morrisville that is not I40 so if these changes mean through traffic is not welcome, where are they to go?
Fancy sidewalks and bike lanes in this section do little if they just end at the two Maynard intersections.
