I think we should invest in all modes of transit (walking, biking, public transit, etc).
ReplyAgree3 years agoIt is worth the investment near the schools and is needed if good mixed use development is encouraged.
ReplyAgree3 years agoMany of these corridors are safe for walking and bike riding, however the speed of vehicular traffic on Falls of Neuse Rd. makes the sidewalks on the side of the street a dangerous place for pedestrians.

ReplyAgree3 years agoYou're one day measurement of speeding was not enough. There is a SIGNIFICANT speeding problem on Wakefield Pines Drive, and even many of the off-roads in neighborhoods. When notified, police RARELY respond - we need to do something about this issue before children are hit and injured.
