Seeking Your Input: King County’s Department of Community Human Services (DCHS) needs your help! We are seeking input from community members about access to mental health and substance use services in King County’s rural communities. This survey is intended for individuals living and/or working in rural, unincorporated Community Service Areas of King County as well as rural, incorporated underlying areas. Feedback collected through this survey will inform King County planning related to improving access to mental health and substance use services in rural areas.
