The Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) is conducting a corridor study of approximately 19 miles of U.S. 401 from Banks Road in Wake County south through the Town of Fuquay-Varina to the N.C. 210 and U.S 421 intersection in the Town of Lillington in Harnett County. Approximately seven miles of the proposed Future U.S. 401 is also being studied. This study will develop an updated vision for the study area and analyze short- and long-term transportation and land use solutions.
Your feedback will inform the development of the potential solutions and conceptual design options for U.S. 401.
