Public input and feedback is a critical part of the UTN process. In partnership with local transit providers, Fresno COG is collecting public comments on Unmet Transit Needs for Fresno County. All comments are due by March 4, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. and will be considered part of the 2022 UTN assessment.

The UTN assessment is held each year to identify unmet transit needs that are “reasonable to meet” that are not already being met through existing public transit services with available funding.
