Current Impacts 

Roadway panel repair and replacement will continue on the eastbound (downhill) lanes through next week. Single lane closures will be in place Monday, Oct. 10 through Friday, Oct. 21. This lane closure will be in place 24 hours a day. 

Construction on US-40 north of Heber City will be winding down for the winter months once the panel repairs are complete. All eastbound lanes will be open for the winter.

Construction will be suspended until next spring, when crews return to complete bridge deck replacement of the west side bridge over Provo River.

Schedules are subject to change due to inclement weather, equipment issues, or materials availability

 

Impacts
Traffic: Eastbound (downhill) lanes will be reduced to a single lane Monday, Oct. 10 through Friday, Oct. 21. 
Speed: Please slow down and expect moderate to heavy delays during high peak times.
Noise: Nearby residents may notice an increase in construction-related noise and vibration.
