We're excited to share that the City of Austin Animal Services Office (ASO) is developing a new strategic plan, and we want to hear from YOU! Your feedback is crucial in shaping the future of municipal animal services in our community. By taking this survey, you will help us understand your views on the services ASO provides, your priorities for ASO, and your hopes for the future of animal services.

The survey will be open from July 17 through August 14, 2024. We will be inviting additional community feedback on the draft strategic plan focus areas in the Fall. Find updates and learn more about the strategic planning process at PublicInput.com/ASOPlan2024.
