  • DOT&PF personnel have been made aware of possible humanitarian issues in Napaskiak and Oscarville that are being assessed.
  • Today marked the first day of groundwork for Knik, focused on reshaping two boat launches and installing super sacks at three locations for riverbank stabilization.
  • The three stabilization sites total approximately 800 linear feet of riverbank.
  • Bank cuts at these sites average approximately ±8 feet in height.
  • Knik estimates three weeks to complete this work.
