Project Overview

NCDOT Division 3 proposes to improve the intersection of S.R. 1308 (Bell Fork Road) and S.R. 1403 (Country Club Road/Hargett Street) in the City of Jacksonville, Onslow County as TIP No. U-6082. 

  • A curb and gutter section will be added along with 12-ft travel lanes, sidewalks, addtional storage and new turn lanes. 

  • There will be a raised median at the intersection of Country Club Road and Hargett Street.

The main purpose of the project is to improve traffic operations at the heavily used intersection of Bell Fork Road and Country Club Road/ Hargett Street.
