I-95 / I-64 Bryan Park Interchange Study Alternatives
This STARS (Strategically Targeted Affordable Roadway Solutions) study assesses the Bryan Park interchange, where I-95, I-64, and I-195 connect, and adjacent interchanges on I-95. The study purpose is to identify solutions to safety and operational deficiencies within the interchange and on the Arthur Ashe Boulevard, Westwood Avenue, Brookland Parkway, and Hermitage Road arterial intersections adjacent to the interchange. This survey will focus on solutions on the interstate near Exit 80 and at the arterial intersection at Arthur Ashe Boulevard and the I-95 ramps.
Note: This is a planning level study. The proposed roadway modification in this survey are not final and have not received funding for construction. Construction costs are represented relatively at a planning level on a scale from 1 to 5, with 1 (shown as ‘$’) indicating a low cost and 5 (shown as ‘$$$$$’) indicating a high cost.
