About

Executive Order N‑27‑25 sets ambitious goals for zero‑emission transportation. The Trade Corridor Enhancement Program (TCEP) aligns with statewide policies to ensure projects advance climate and equity priorities. Under TCEP, Caltrans identifies and nominates projects for review and selection by the California Transportation Commission (CTC)

Nine Caltrans projects supporting zero-emission truck charging and hydrogen fueling infrastructure have been awarded by the CTC under Cycle 3 and Cycle 4 of TCEP.

Applicants will submit a range of application materials, including project descriptions, cost estimates, and supporting documentation. In this workshop, stakeholders will have an opportunity to provide feedback on Caltrans' application requirements and evaluation criteria.
