Study Overviews

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is conducting two studies in the Summit County and Wasatch County areas — the Phoston Spur & Rail Trail Study and the U.S. Route 40 (US-40) Corridor Study. Due to the proximity of the study areas, the two study teams are working together to provide information to the public.

Phoston Spur & Rail Trail and US-40 Corridor Study Open House Boards

The Phoston Spur & Rail Trail open house took place on June 3, 2025. The public can view the informational boards about the study below. Public comments on each study were accepted through June 20, 2025.
