Fresno County is developing the Fresno County Climate Resiliency Plan using the best available and most current climate science information to identify improvements that would mitigate the impacts of climate hazards like heat, flooding, wildfire, and landslides on the transportation system.
Fresno County is developing the Fresno County Climate Resiliency Plan using risk assessment and direct input from Fresno communities, Fresno County will develop a list of candidate projects in the Climate Resilience Plan that will feed into the 2026 Regional Transportation Plan/Sustainable Community Strategy. This Climate Resiliency Plan will be a critical resource to Fresno COG to prioritize resources and wisely invest to reduce risk to the transportation network and its users. Survey results will inform risk assessment and help to identify community concerns related to these hazards.
