Route 30 (Gravois Ave.) is a 5.7-mile corridor that runs through the city of St. Louis and connects many neighborhoods, businesses, and community destinations.  The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), in coordination with the City of St. Louis and other partners, is conducting a planning study to evaluate the condition, safety, and long-term needs of Gravois. The goal is to identify opportunities to improve safety while maintaining Gravois’ role as an important transportation corridor. The next major pavement resurfacing project on Gravois is planned to begin in 2029.

Join us for the first Route 30 (Gravois Ave.) Public Meeting!

There will be several public meetings about the project along Route 30 (Gravois Ave.). The first, currently set for February 2026, is intended to hear concerns from the people who live, work, play, commute, or otherwise use the corridor in the city. This meeting will focus on "existing conditions" on Gravois, or how it looks, feels, and functions today.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 3, from 4-7 p.m. at Five Star Center (2832 Arsenal St., St. Louis, MO 63118). ASL translation will be provided, and bike parking will be available (follow signage). The public meeting will feature displays, interactive activities, and a comment area. Additionally, you can apply to join the Multimodal Advisory Committee and the Resident Advisory Committee, which will provide feedback throughout this process!
