The purpose of this study is to analyze the safety and multimodal issues identified along Fall Hill Avenue between Mary Washington Boulevard and Germania Street/Washington Avenue in the City of Fredericksburg. The study will identify cost-effective safety improvements to enhance bicycle, pedestrian, and transit access.
Project Pipeline is a performance-based planning program to identify cost-effective solutions to multimodal transportation needs in Virginia. Through this planning process, projects and solutions may be considered for funding through programs, including SMART SCALE, revenue sharing, interstate funding and others.
