After additional discussion between UDOT and Riverdale City, it has been decided that this project will not move forward. Due to this decision, this project is in closeout and this webpage is no longer being monitored.

Project Background

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) planned a project to construct a raised median along SR-26 (Riverdale Road) in Riverdale, from approximately I-84 to 1050 West. It was designed to reduce or eliminate crossover and left-hand turn crashes along this section of heavily traveled road. In July 2025, it was decided that this project will not move forward.
