- Installed, repaired, and reworked cladding on multiple sections/buildings; corrected improper overlaps allowing water intrusion; cut and rolled additional cladding pieces as needed.
- Framed, insulated, sheathed, and completed plumbing chases across Section 1 (West/Central) and Section 3 (East/West).
- Replaced cracked ABS and damaged clamps. Retaped heat trace; implemented improved process for 90 degree angled connections to ensure clean, functional finishes.
- Installed new insulation and radiant wrap; retaped heat trace; completed insulated connections and remediated damaged or missing insulation.
