Section 1 - WEST
- Building 2: Gained access to electrical panels; repaired shorted wire and restored full system function.
- Building 5: Plumbed, heat trace, and blower hose replaced and functioning.
- Building 11: Breaker issue identified and repaired; system now functional.
- Building 14: Chase insulated and covered; plumbing insulated.
- Building 15: Plumbing and heat trace replaced; insulated and radiant wrapped.
- Building 20: Blown breaker replaced with homeowner present; system now operational.
- Building 22: Heat trace installed and energized; insulation and cladding still needed.
Section 1- CENTRAL
- Building 5: Doghouse reset, leveled, plumbing reconnected, new liquid tight installed for heat trace.
- Building 8: Plumbing insulated and prepared for chase completion.
- Building 9: Custom insulation applied; gaps filled with batt; radiant wrap completed.
Section 1 - EAST
Building 1: Large holding tank frozen into ground; likely upside down. No accessible side connections; ongoing chipping effort to expose tank.
Building 3: New plumbing and heat trace installed; tank float sensor issue unresolved - temporary bypass advised.
SECTION 2
Building 21: Metal cladding reassembled and secured.
SECTION 3 – WEST
Building 3: Burned heat trace replaced; new insulation installed.
Building 7: Insulated and radiant wrapped.
Building 15: Plumbing and heat trace replaced; insulated; chase reassembled.
Building 21: Missing chase piece replaced; insulated and radiant wrapped.
Buildings 26 & 27: Custom cut insulation and cladding installed; gaps filled with R 30; both buildings fully completed.
SECTION 3 – EAST
Building 9: Temporary insulation removed; new insulation and radiant wrap installed.
Building 10: Heat trace found unterminated and uncapped; materials pending to finish work.
Building 12: Blower hose reconnected; new insulation and radiant wrap installed.
Building 10: Chase repaired; insulated and radiant wrapped.

Building #7: Reconnected plumbing.
Building #8: Excavated and re-leveled doghouse. Demolished and replaced plumbing.
Building #10: Excavated and re-level doghouse. Ensured proper drainage. Addressed interior flooding and replace toilet. Reconnected plumbing.
Building #21 and #22: Replumbed connections.
Building #26 and #27: Excavated and re-leveled doghouse. Replaced blower system hoses. Awaited ducting hose material for insulation and cladding.
A total of four UICC members are currently on-site.
