STARS I-95 at Parham Road

This Interchange Access study will evaluate potential operational and safety improvements for the I-95 interchange at Parham Road in Henrico County, Virginia. The purpose of this STARS study is to provide a cohesive suite of improvements that address the study area needs and identify competitive funding applications that meet readiness requirements. This study will also evaluate pedestrian, bicycle, and transit improvements along the arterial roadway network.
