STARS I-95 at Route 54

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), in partnership with the Town of Ashland and Hanover County, is conducting a corridor study that encompasses the Interstate 95 (I-95) exit 92 interchange and the portion of England Street (Route 54) between Route 1 and Woodside Lane. This survey is the first of two public engagement components planned for the study. Here, the study team is asking for input regarding your experience traveling through the area and what your priorities are for improvements.
