1/19/26
Daily Activities
#N03: Completed installation of base trim; finished cutting corner trim. Cleared arctic entryway and relocated building materials and furniture.
#N32: Moved tools and equipment to location. Removed insulation and secured utility poles.
#N35: Finished sheathing underneath the floor and completed cleanup.
#N37: Cut structural components for dunnage and lifted home to appropriate height to begin removing insulation and subflooring.
Total of six team members are currently on-site including one local hire.
1/18/26
Daily Activities
#N32: Moved heating equipment to location. Installed temporary skirting and set up heating system to begin drying process.
#N35: Completed removal of old floor insulation. Installed new floor insulation. Began installing plywood underneath; approximately 70% complete.
#N37: Cleared snow and shoveled around structure for access. Set up blocking and air bags and lifted structure by 4 inches.
Total of seven team members are currently on-site including one local hire.
1/17/26
Daily Activities
- #N29: Constructed and install a beam using 4"x4" lumber. Chipped ice to prepare foundation pad locations. Built and set three foundation pads.
- #N35: Gathered tools and positioned frost fighter to initiate drying process. Began chipping and removing batt insulation from underneath structure.
- #N57: Initiated house lifting; raised one side approximately four inches.
- Total of eight team members are currently on-site including two local hires.

Daily Activities
- #N02: Installed an interior bedroom door; verified secure fastening of wall plywood; constructed a pedestal for the wood stove.
- #N03: Transported approximately 32 gallons of diesel fuel to the designated location.
- #N19: Installed five sheets of 3/8" plywood skirting to complete enclosure work.
- #N30: Organized blocking and tools for foundation preparation; positioned two foundation pads beneath the porch for structural support.
- Total of seven team members are currently on-site including one local hire.

Daily Activities
- #N01: Install range and refrigerator; clear snow from porch; transport wall base cabinets.
- #N02: Apply floor patch to prepare surface install vinyl plank flooring.
- #N03: Organize tools and deliver trim to designated location install interior and exterior corner trim.
- #N32: Excavate and remove snow around stored lumber (4"x12", 6"x10", 2"x4", and 4"x4"); reposition and stack lumber securely; deliver fuel for air heater; remove rigid foam board and plywood.
- Total of nine team members are currently on-site including three local hires.

Daily Activities
- #N01: Replace section of damaged flooring; install exterior porch door.
- #N02: Reframe exterior door opening to enlarge; hang exterior door.
- #N32: Position pressure-treated lumber beneath structure and perform additional lift.
- Camp: Insulate bathroom drain lines with vapor barrier and batt insulation; remove broken kitchen drain; patch multiple sections of drainpipe.
- Total of nine team members are currently on-site including 3 local hires.

Daily Activities
- #N01: Installed new interior trim around floor, corners, and ceiling (approximately 80% complete).
- #N02: Finished painting interior. Started installing vinyl plank flooring (one row completed).
- #N03: Installed new vinyl plank flooring (approximately 60% complete).
- #N27: Installed new interior finish plywood.
- Total of 11 team members are currently on-site including two local hires.

Daily Activities
- House #N01: Began installation of vinyl plank flooring
- House #N03: Completed interior painting; initiated vinyl plank flooring installation
- House #N32: Gathered cribbing and prepared for house lifting; work paused due to storm.
- Runway Maintenance: Continued maintaining access road and runway for accessibility.
- Total of 10 team members are currently on-site including one local hire.
1/5/26
Daily Activities
- House #N03: Painting continues on ceilings and walls; approximately 50% complete. Porch has been lifted to its final height.
- House #N27: Installing blocking in the ceiling to support plywood nailers. Installing insulation on walls and ceiling. Beginning installation of plywood on the ceiling; about 50% complete.
- General Updates: Power outage occurred at 2:00 PM due to generator failure.
- A Toyo monitor is being powered with a portable generator. Frost fighter heater is operating to maintain heat in the camp.
- Total of 12 team members are currently on-site.
