12/3/2025
Daily Activities
- UICC, DFS and LKSD met regarding repair request to back-up generator. No on-site evaluation has been done yet. LKSD personnel will be getting a picture of the manufacturers plate to UICC so they can research parts/service options.
- LKSD mentioned they have a spare generator in Napakiak that could be used to replace the unit if needed. DOT&PF would need to figure out logistics of moving the generator.

- Working on timeline for UICC to be on-site to start repairs.
- Electrical repair to teacher housing identified as a need, will coordinate with LKSD on repair efforts.
11/11/2025
- (no change) UICC completed comprehensive onsite village damage assessments of Eek. This included a thorough visual inspection of Eek K-12 School in the Lower Kuskokwim School District and the surrounding residential structures. UIC Construction spoke with the school council lead and a member of the tribal council to learn more about the condition of the village and any reported damages.
- (no change) No reported leaks or water damage was assessed at the school. However, Siding on the southwest side of the building needs repaired.
- (no change) All damage noted occurred on the West side of Eek which included damage to 6 houses/structures. Damage ranges from broken antenna to missing arctic entrances.
