- WTP still inoperable. Brice has ordered parts to fix WTP. Parts expected in roughly two weeks. WTP hoping to be back operable by end of month.

1/4/26
- Spoke with Sherri Kelly with Brice. She got a preliminary report from her plumbers that were able to make it out to inspect the frozen Kong Water Treatment Plant today (we also got another 96 gallons of water out to them today). Initial report is the damage is nowhere as extensive as Napaskiak, and once they get the parts, it should take about a week to fix. Brice working on procuring needed parts now.
Daily Activities
- Pump and layflat hose on order with DOT to fill Kong raw water storage tank.
- HDPE water line replacement work is completed and ready to fill. ETA: approximately 1/13/26.
- Current status: Currently no work in Kongiginak. Crew relocated to Kipnuk.
