Phase 2: Hogadone Avenue to Front Avenue (2028)
Project elements:
- Watermain replacement
- New stormwater catch basins and greenspace
- Raised bicycle lanes from Front Street to Marion Street
- Updates to parking along Butterworth Street
- Addition of pedestrian crossing signs at key crosswalks to improve driver awareness
- Removal of trees, where necessary, to accommodate ADA-compliant sidewalks and utility installation
- Planting of some new trees
