Raleigh ADU Study: Owner Survey
Raleigh ADU Study: Owner Survey
WakeUp Wake County and Raleigh Forward, two local nonprofits, are gathering community input to understand experiences and perspectives on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in Raleigh.
For this study, an ADU is defined as a smaller, self-contained home on the same lot as a primary residence, with its own kitchen, bathroom, and living space.
This survey is for homeowners who have built, converted, are currently constructing, or are in the permitting process for an ADU on their property.
If you:
Live or have lived in an ADU, take the Occupant Survey.
Live near an ADU, take the Neighbor Survey.
Do not own, rent, or live near an ADU, take the General Survey.
Build or design ADUs, take the Designer/Builder Survey.
Your experience as an owner will help us build a clearer picture of ADUs in Raleigh. Thank you for sharing your perspective.
