2022-2027 Bond Project: North New Braunfels Avenue Phase 2 (East Houston Street to Paso Hondo Street)
The Bond Project will construct roadway improvements to include sidewalks, driveway approaches, trees and irrigation, as well as joint bid utility work including valve adjustments, manhole reconstruction, and other improvements as applicable and within available funding.

- The City of San Antonio's Capital Delivery Department is happy to announce that the North New Braunfels Phase 2 (East Houston to Paso Hondo Street) Bond Project has reached it's substantial completion - on time, on budget
- All lanes and sidewalks are open. The contractor will be working on minor punch-list items through February, 2026
- The N. New Braunfels project includes roadway improvements, sidewalks, a new mid-block crossing, driveway approaches, trees and irrigation, and utility improvements
- We appreciate the community and public's patience and support throughout the duration of this project
