The Downtown Planter Program is a seasonal initiative managed by the Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority (DDA) to enhance the vibrancy and visual appeal of downtown Cheyenne. Each year, the DDA contracts with local professionals to plant, install, and maintain high-quality floral displays throughout the downtown district.
