About this Park:

The Biltmore Hills Park Master Plan Update will guide a comprehensive vision for the existing 38-acre community park located at 2615 Fitzgerald Drive, as well as an adjacent 8-acre parcel at 1105 Cross Link Road.

Established in the 1960s, Biltmore Hills Park has long served as a cornerstone for recreation, athletics, and cultural gatherings in Southeast Raleigh. The master plan update builds on that legacy—integrating planned improvements from the 2022 Parks Bond with new opportunities to enhance the park’s role as a community hub for recreation, wellness, and connection.
