  • Cruz: Horizontal work complete. Cruz demobing this week.

  • Cruz: Hand seeded grubbed areas above the airport protection revetment work areas. 

4/18/26

  • Cruz: All work is complete. Cruz is focused on demobilization work at the airport apron. No seeding due to high winds. 

4/17/26

  • Cruz: All work is complete. Contractor plans on seeding tomorrow. 

4/16/26

  • Cruz: Continuing with trench work at the bottom of the airport revetment section to place water over super sacks. They are planning on seeding this weekend.

 4/15/26

  • Cruz: Continuing with trench work at the bottom of the airport revetment section to place water over super sacks. They are planning on seeding this weekend. 

4/14/26

  • Cruz: Continuing with excavation pile reclamation work along the top of critical revetment section and plowing snow to berm up super sacks along the south revetment section corner. They are also river de-icing prior to relieve spring breakup pressure and bailing ice/water onto super sack revetment slopes from critical section working south to south revetment section. They are preparing for final seeding and demobilization.

  • Cruz: Continuing with excavation pile reclamation work along the top of critical revetment section and plowing snow to berm up super sacks along the south revetment section corner. They are also river de-icing prior to relieve spring breakup pressure. 

4/12/26

  • Cruz: Super sack placement complete, total number of bags: 8,705. Continued to build the snow and ice shell over bag wall reinforcement. Contractor plans to demobilize by the end of the month. 

4/11/26

  • Cruz: Super sack placement complete, total number of bags: 8,705. Continued to build the snow and ice shell over bag wall reinforcement. Contractor plans to demobilize in the next two weeks. 

4/10/26

  • Cruz: Super sack placement will be completed by end of week and beginning demob next week. Ice berm construction will continue for about two weeks as temperatures and river conditions allow.
